Preparing an enquiry
The enquiry form prepares a message inside your browser. It does not send your name, device or message to a server when you select “Prepare my request”. The form does not ask for passwords, payment card details or account tokens.
Choosing a contact method
Copying or downloading a request keeps you in control of the message. If a WhatsApp or email option is available and you choose it, the details are passed to that application. You decide whether to send the message there. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Website resources
Images and page files are served with this website. Typography is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to serve those font files. No analytics or advertising trackers have been added to this website. The hosting service may keep ordinary access logs.
Information sent to support
Before sending sensitive information, ask support how it will be used and retained. The website enquiry composer does not create an account or process a payment.
