Start with confirmed demand and your balance
List the customer orders you are ready to activate, their terms and the credits each requires. Separate paid or confirmed orders from enquiries. Check the real balance in your panel before calculating a new purchase. If you need 90 credits and already have 30 usable credits, the additional requirement is 60. A calculator that assumes a zero opening balance needs this adjustment before its suggested purchase is applied.
Calculate leftovers after the whole purchase
Suppose you start at zero and need 90 credits. One Starter pack supplies 120 for $222, leaving 30 after provisioning. One Professional pack supplies 240 for $429.60, leaving 150. The lower Professional unit price does not erase the larger initial payment or the additional unsold inventory. Write down both the purchase total and the leftover count so that the lower unit price does not dominate the decision.
Model a slower sales scenario
If expected customers delay their orders, the credits you planned to use remain in inventory. Recalculate using only the orders that proceed and note how much cash has already been committed. Do not automatically assign a future selling value to unused credits in your cash budget. They may support later customers, but future enquiries are not the same as completed sales and should remain a separate planning assumption.
Confirm the panel conditions before stocking up
Ask support about the conditions that apply to purchased credits, including any validity, transfer or account restrictions relevant to your plan. Do not infer an unlimited holding period from the absence of an expiry date in a marketing table. Confirm Multi-App eligibility and connection allowances separately. Save the answer with the pack purchase record so inventory planning reflects the actual arrangement rather than an unverified assumption.
Review inventory after each activation group
Maintain opening balance, credits purchased, credits used and closing balance. Reconcile that ledger with the panel and investigate differences before ordering again. Tag each activation with its term so a six-month order is not accidentally recorded as one unit of credit. Use the next purchase to cover a justified requirement and a consciously chosen buffer. This approach keeps spare capacity visible without presenting larger packs as automatically better for every reseller.
