Collect the details needed for this setup
Ask for the customer's device model, existing player, preferred viewing categories and intended simultaneous use. Gather only details that help fulfil the order and provide support. A model-specific setup question is more useful than requesting unnecessary personal information. If the customer needs a particular channel, language or episode, check that requirement before representing the account as a suitable match for their needs.
Confirm the offer before provisioning
Write a short order summary with the selected term, full price, currency, confirmed connection allowance and any separate player licence. Include the activation arrangement and how support will be contacted. Multi-App eligibility is a separate item to confirm rather than an automatic benefit of every account. Resolve unclear points first so that provisioning is the execution of an understood order, not the moment the customer discovers important conditions.
Record the credit movement accurately
A three-month customer uses three credits under the published Strong 8K model; a twelve-month customer uses twelve. Record the customer reference, provisioned term, credits used and confirmed expiry alongside the panel balance. Avoid putting passwords into a shared sales spreadsheet. If the panel reports a different result from your expected balance, investigate the account and transaction before activating further customers or promising a correction you have not confirmed.
Hand over access through a private channel
Provide the account details and the supported login method clearly, keeping account credentials out of public groups and screenshots. Identify which field belongs in which part of the chosen player. Ask the customer to test a live source and their essential viewing requirement on the actual device. Do not assume that a delivered message means the setup succeeded; a short confirmation of first playback closes that gap.
Finish with a support and renewal record
Give the customer their term and confirmed expiry, your support contact and a simple list of details to include if a problem occurs. Ask whether they want renewal reminders and how they prefer to receive them. Record that preference separately from the order. A completed handover should leave the customer knowing how to watch and obtain help, while leaving you with enough non-secret information to support the account later.
