Read the player fields before entering anything
Start with the account instructions and the player login screen side by side. Does the screen ask for one playlist address, a local file, separate server and account fields, or a portal address? These are different input methods. A field labelled playlist name may simply be a label you choose, while another field contains the actual connection information. Write down the field labels if you need help, without copying the private values into a public message.
Treat a playlist address as private account data
A playlist can describe media entries that a compatible player opens. A provider may supply a playlist address instead of asking you to create a file yourself. That address can contain credentials or private tokens, so sharing it may share access. Copy the complete value exactly from the confirmed instructions. Avoid shortening it, adding spaces or removing unfamiliar parts. A display name such as Living Room is different from the address used to fetch the playlist.
Do not convert account methods by guessing
Portal-style setup varies by player and provider. Some screens require account fields, while other systems use device registration or a different process. Support must confirm which method your Strong 8K account and chosen player support. Do not assume that replacing part of a URL creates a valid portal, or that a code used to install software is an account password. If the supplied details do not match the screen, stop there and ask for the correct setup method.
Confirm success with a small playback test
Once the player accepts the account, check a category, one live source and one available on-demand title. A populated channel list does not by itself confirm that playback or the guide works. Record any error before changing settings, and keep a secure copy of the original instructions. If you switch players, confirm compatibility again rather than assuming every application reads the same format. Use the setup and contact pages to describe your device and the specific fields you see.
